When I was in yoga teacher training, we had the privilege of having an entire weekend devoted to Ayurvedic cooking, as one of our three instructors was an Ayurvedic doctor (originally from India). We got to learn about all the spices and, of course, sample lots of delicious food - it was really fascinating! <BR/><BR/>I hope they're able to take your stitches out soon.
