Snobby Joes

The delicious Snobby Joes from V-con made a wonderful retro meal. I remember corn always being served with my prevegan sloppy joes. I added broccoli, red peppers, and onions to my corn. I served the Joes on toasted spelt English muffins, and also served an iceberg salad with homemade “ranch” dressing.

Quick, easy, and delicious!

  1. mmm, I haven't had sloppy joes in years - I must try this veganized Snobby Joes recipe (haha, I chuckled when I first read the recipe title, in V-con).

  4. To be singing about chocolate and broccoli, the Olsen twins must have good taste! (Did I really just use "good taste" and "Olsen twins" in the same sentence?!)

Thank you so much for all your wonderful messages during my turmoil with my lost puppy. You're such a great online friend. I can't wait to visit you in person some day!

  6. Oh, that rocks! I love retro meals- when we eat something retro, we always serve peas and carrots and iceberg too, it's just too irresistable!

  7. I absolutely hated "sloppy joes" growing up. Bad memory...but from the looks of those I think it could all be forgotten...
